Quick Easter Dessert

After our Mrs McGregor’s Pie this Easter, I made a quick dessert – well I had a bit of help! The Sous Chef cut a dark chocolate Easter egg in half with a hot knife. Then we scooped in ice cream (beautiful Lewis Road Creamery icecream), then added a mini chocolate bunny on top. Quick, tasty and very Easter!
